Each design is made in 2 layers. The Iron Man cowl is 3/4" thick for the base layer which is painted red. The second layer is 1/4" thick and painted gold. The eyes are cut out of the top layer and painted black. 

The Arc Reactors have a 1/4" backboard painted red or black. The second layer is 3/4" thick and painted gold or white. (NOTE: The triangle arc reactor is pictured on a circle baseboard. This will be updated to a square backboard to match the circle arc reactor design.) All layers are glued together.

The Cowl measures 12" x 9"The Arc Reactors measure 12" x 12"

This item is currently available only as a "made-to-order" piece. It will take up to 3 weeks to make from scratch. Once you pay, the work will start.

All of my work is made from plywood. Everything is handmade. There are no computer-driven CNC or lasers. Every piece is coated and sealed with polyurethane. All items will have a notch or double-sided tape on the back for hanging.
